Influenced by ancient Yoga traditions, this massage is a series of motions, stretches and pressure on the energy lines and points of the body, harmonizing and balancing the energy flow in the organism. It is based on 7200 energy channels in the human body. Depending on your preferences and current mood, it can be relaxing with light pressure or therapeutic with more intense pressure.
Scientific studies show that traditional Thai massage helps alleviate headaches, reduces back pain, and increases flexibility and range of motion. Our massage specialists use their hands, thumbs, elbows, forearms, and sometimes even their feet to reduce tension and activate energy flow. Some types of stretches involve going through yoga-like movements with the practitioner holding or pulling you to maintain a pose. If you have an injury, or some part of your body is particularly sensitive to pain, be sure to let the practitioner know before they start the massage session.
